Problem with servers: vega.fewona.net and vega2.fewona.net

Fewona Hello admins, I'm having trouble getting my friends can connect to my ircd, Nose because it rejects connections from mexico, usa, germany ...
However if they use a Chinese ip vpn connect with no problems, it's as if those connections were blocked from these countries .. reject connections on both servers (vega.fewona.net and vega2.fewona.net)
