[REQUEST] free shell

Postby gymka » April 11th, 2013, 10:22 am

Hello, i need shell(i think so)... i wrote simple irc bot and want to host it somewhere so that it would be not dependable on my pc, now if my pc is turned off bot is turned off too:)
i know that there are eggdrop and other things, but my target is not working bot, but to learn how to create own autonomous bot from scratch.
i wrote it in bash(i could use php, python, etc. but bash is simplest). it's just for personal use.

so i need place where i could launch my bot.sh process and ability to edit it(and other files whose comes with it) most probably it will be temporary project, i kill it in week or few :)

P.S. code https://github.com/gymka/ircbot-sh

Approved. Just type:

/msg veselba eggdrop <irc-server> <reference> - sh bot approved

Example:

/msg veselba eggdrop irc.veselba.net by friend munZe - sh bot approved

This will create shell account so that you can host your bot.

Created.
