request shell for ircd server & services

i have already shell for znc, but now i want to request for run ircd server & services please.. ))

We do not offer free IRC Services, only IRCd on non-standart ports (6661-6669,7000,9000 are not allowed), because other networks scan those ports and g-line our users.
In order to have IRCd on 6667 you must have separate dedicated ip just for you and it costs money, more info here: viewtopic.php?p=2615&f=55#p2615

So if you are ok with that please make proper formal request.
