You can get max 1 eggdrop because you are new user and after period of time, you can request one more eggdrop, but you must clearly state what's the main reason for having two eggdrops because we must approve you to have more than one eggdrop process or else you will be suspended.

For psybnc, you will have to contact root on forum.Also,I suggest you not to use psybnc because it's outdated, has a lot of bugs and it crashes all the time.
