Hello,
I can't log into my shell. This is what happens when i try to login:

login as: [lk]lewis
[lk]lewis@rigel.fewona.net's password:
Access denied

I type in the correct password but it keeps saying "Access Denied" please can you fix this.

Your account was rejected because of the [ and ]
Please group another nick without [ or ] and request again.
