Disconnected suddenly and Shell annoyed..

here is the screen... internet disconnected suddenly and then it began to give error.. i cant do anything on that.. also bot is frozen.. doesnt do anything.
it seems some files ( hidden files in home dir ) in shell damaged when it disconnected..
