Hi,
today my znc was a few minutes unreachable.
After beeing reachable again it wont connect to the ircserver.
i tried disabling ssl ans some settings but nothing works.

We had problems with Vega server, that's all
There may still be some problems, but it will be solved.

I've restarted the process. It should be working now
