I am not admin, but I am in stuff kind of...
Anyway, it is very easy to request shell and to install eggdrop if you are using our services
When your shell is approved, you can install eggdrop by simply typing: getegg or getegg18(newer version of eggdrop).

We suggest you not to use psybnc cause it's old and buggy. We suggest you use ZNC instead. You can get ZNC account connected to max 2 networks without installing it on your shell account,we will give you account on already created ZNC.

How to make a bot?
Whell, nobody can tell you that, because nobody knows what do you want your bot to do, so you must learn perl, tcl or any other language first, and then you will be able to make your own bot.
