We have an automated system for ZNC requesting. If you wish to get immediately a ZNC account then use it instead of psybnc. It is nicer and modern with webpanel.
For psybnc you'll have to wait until admin root is here, he creates psybnc and sbnc.

Please consider moving to znc, because psybnc is a dead project and is buggy and outdated.
More info here: PsyBNC and ZNC

thank you for answering first. well, i know znc because i have one already. i would like to have a shell access so i can kill, jump or restart the psybnc whenever i want. i think having a znc with webpanel control doesn't allow me to make such operations.
thanks :]
