Too many connections from your host

I have znc and egg on wind if i try to connect on undernet i recive teh message Too many connetions from your host .... i have tried to change ip but still same error on all servers?!What should i do?

That's because there are too many users connected to Undernet from Wind.
If you are premium we can remove some non-premium user so that you won't be restricted.
