1. What services do you plan to use (please be specific):
I plan to run weechat under tmux.

If the services are irc-related, on what network will they be used:
It'll be mostly used on Rizon.

Additional information such as purpose of usage will be useful for us
I want to be able to remain connected, and I don't like using bouncers
