Hi I've changed the ip in the ZNC web panel, but this influence the access to the webpanel too and not only by irc client. Please need to be fix with '*' (global ip) then I put myself a freedns service like no-ip, but now I need to be re-access in the panel, otherwose I can't access on irc from ZNC.

yes is my fault sorry, just reset my znc please, b4 I've set bad ip address indise a pannel and now it dont give me access in any way

I understood you know. I've removed 'allowed IP', try to login now, please and just put a good password, no need to put ips to allow.

Yes NullByte I know that, I'm just 2play" with non-ip dnd services .. sorry to waste your time :-S
