Problem: can't login to newly created shell at Rigel

Hi, i can't access newly created shell at Rigel. The assigned temporary password doesn't work
The same problem happens with znc that was newly created, the temporary password doesn't allow me to login

could you please help or advise?

Just want to add, that I followed the procedure for moving the shell account from vega to rigel, and I got message from vaselba that i was asigned new password at rigel for new shell and also for znc, but both passwords were always rejected.
