i am having some problems about irc4.me ( tesla ) server, that i cant join my bot to the channel it is giving error also it doesnt change vhost ip.. it seems there is a problem.
so can u please  change my shell with another server near to Turkey area ?

i am trying to make irc4.me shell boots, but gives the same error:

i cant connect to my shell.. i am writing my password correct but it doesnt connect.. it gives Network connection error.. in winscp.

Use proper port. And btw you don't have an account, because the server was moved, you should read the news once in a while.
