I dont think, to reproduce click on the username click on read user notes, add feedback....

Anyway I needed to add a note to an Italian user would not use the same nickname that he used on the forum for the request otherwise I would have made ​​a request for rejection.

I'm 99% sure it's encondig issue. Was the message in Italian?
I will look into it and fix it, just paste the whole message or screenshot. We had similar problems before.
